Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within a few business days after payment confirmation. Processing times can vary by product and fulfilment location.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates vary across Canada depending on the destination, carrier, product, and fulfilment location. Any estimate shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link or tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours after dispatch to show the first carrier scan.
