Return and Refund Policy — WALDOR-TORONTO.COM
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in intact original packaging, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Email contact@waldor-toronto.com before sending anything back. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and send you return instructions. Returns that have not been authorized in advance will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost in full.
Defective or damaged items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable items
Items whose original packaging has been opened or is missing, items showing signs of use, unsealed hygiene and personal care products (toothbrushes, razors, hair removal devices, cosmetics, fragrances), underwear and swimwear, opened headphones and earphones, food and dietary supplements, personalized or made-to-order items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we issue the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. If it has not appeared after 15 business days, email contact@waldor-toronto.com.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including any implied conditions or warranties as to the quality, durability or fitness of the goods. Some provinces do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied conditions or warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
